Corrected pump installation by reversing flow direction. Pump was initially installed with incorrect orientation, causing heating failure. Physically rotated pump assembly to establish proper flow direction, successfully restoring heating function to the boiler system.
Replaced defective circulation pump for heating system. Identified and corrected improper installation orientation of previous pump. New pump was properly installed with correct flow direction to ensure optimal system performance.
Met with Howard from Hot Water Products to diagnose insufficient heating and hot water issues in the building. Identified a faulty circulation pump and incorrectly installed mixing valve requiring re-piping. Successfully installed new circulating pump to restore proper system function.
Responded to service call for boiler with no hot water production. Upon inspection, determined boiler was severely limed up causing operational failure. System appeared to have proper installation with two tanks connected by intricate piping network and multiple pressure gauges.
Diagnosed insufficient hot water issue in K2 water heating system. Found failed circulator pump and malfunctioning tempering valve. Removed existing Bell & Gossett circulator pump and installed new replacement unit. Replaced tempering valve to restore proper water temperature regulation. System now operating at correct parameters with proper circulation and temperature control.
Responded to service call for insufficient heat with complaint that furnace not maintaining temperature. Upon inspection, discovered severed control wiring in basement that was interrupting proper furnace operation. Reconnected and secured all damaged wiring, then performed operational test confirming proper heating function at all registers.
