Upon arrival, performed visual inspection of outdoor condensing unit which showed normal physical condition with standard accumulation of outdoor debris on top grille. ## Diagnostic Procedures Performed Conducted comprehensive system evaluation beginning with electrical component testing. Verified power supply to unit measuring voltage at disconnect, confirming electrical feed within acceptable range per nameplate specifications (197-253V). Tested compressor operation - compressor RLA rated at 16.7 amps with LRA of 70.0 amps. Checked condenser fan motor function, rated at 1.1 FLA with 1/5 HP capacity. Performed refrigerant system diagnostics including pressure readings on both high and low sides.
Responded to no heat/cool call following multiple power outages. Diagnosed failed contactor on outdoor condensing unit preventing system from energizing. Replaced defective contactor and verified proper system operation with successful startup and normal cooling cycle.
Responded to no-heat service call after customer ran out of gas. Diagnosed improper gas purge issue that persisted after initial gas company visit. Successfully purged gas line, restored system ignition, and verified proper operation. Performed standard service check including cleaning of components.
