Action Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. has been in the Madison Area since 1989. The business was founded by husband and wife team Curt and Leslie Johnson. Curt and Leslie believe that when people have plumbing, heating, cooling or electrical repairs they want those repairs done quickly, at a fair price and professionally by a company they can trust. We stand behind our work with a two year warranty on labor and materials for all fixtures which we provide and install. We also have an A+ rating with the BBB and have received awards for our service from Angie’s list members and readers of the Star.

We as employees of Action Plumbing and Air are willing to do whatever it takes to make our customer’s lives easier, solve their problems, meet their needs and answer their questions.
Our Management Team:
Curt Johnson
Curt Johnson is the CEO of Action Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric is a master plumber with great passion for his work. He has over 30years of experience in the plumbing industry and has held master plumbing licenses in Illinois, Iowa, Texas and Wisconsin.
Leslie Johnson
Leslie Johnson is the Business Manager and Vice-President of Action, has a Bachelars of Business Administration with a Major in Marketing from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas. She is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and the Golden Key Honor society. Leslie enjoys being involved in a business with many challenging aspects and one that helps families take care of their homes.
Andrew Uttech
Andrew Uttech is the Service Manager of Action, has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Geography from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh. He is also a journeyman plumber. Andy enjoys helping people repair, maintain and increase the value of their homes.
The Action Dogs
Harley and Honda are the official Action Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning and Electric, Inc. mascots. They help to entertain, motivate and inspire customers and team members alike.
